We use essential storage so you can log in and keep your theme. We also load Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and a Google Ads conversion tag on every visit to measure traffic, signups, and subscriptions — not for retargeting ads. We do not sell cookie data. See the Privacy Policy.
1. What this covers
This Policy describes cookies and similar technologies (localStorage, pixels, scripts) on axiomrisk.ai. The operator is GenX Labs FZ LLC, Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates.
2. Essential (always on)
These are required for the Service to work. They do not require analytics consent.
- Sign-in token and session (so you stay logged in)
- Cookie-banner acknowledgement (so we do not show the notice again for 12 months)
- Theme (light or dark)
- Sidebar open/closed state when you are in the app
- Security and abuse checks, including a device fingerprint at signup (processed in the browser / on our servers, not sold)
If you block these, login and the dashboard may fail.
3. Analytics (always on)
On every visit we load:
- Google Tag Manager (container GTM-MZJNN4DP)
- Google Analytics (measurement ID G-T18TT4B5BJ)
- Google Ads conversion tag (AW-18416931918), including a sign-up conversion after account creation and a paid-subscription conversion on the checkout thank-you page
These may record pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and events such as signup or a completed purchase. Google’s own policies apply to data Google receives. Signup and purchase events are tracked even if you dismiss the cookie banner without clicking Accept.
4. Third parties you may meet
- Google / Firebase — if you sign in with Google
- Stripe — cookies on Stripe’s checkout and billing portal when you pay or manage a subscription
We use Google Ads conversion measurement on every visit. We do not run other third-party ad networks.
5. Your choices
Dismiss the cookie banner with Accept, or open Cookie settings in the footer to see what we store. To block analytics cookies, clear site data for axiomrisk.ai or use a browser extension. Blocking analytics does not stop essential login storage.
6. Legal basis
Essential technologies: contract / legitimate interests (running a secure logged-in Service). Analytics: legitimate interests in understanding how the Service is used and measuring conversions.
7. Updates
We may update this Policy. The “Last updated” date will change.
