A long cancel window is easy to miss. Miss it once and you may owe another full term.
What to ask: Ask for 30 days’ notice, and a reminder before it rolls.
“Fees may be increased on thirty (30) days’ notice, and continued use constitutes acceptance.”
Silence becomes acceptance. You stay bound while the cost moves.
What to ask: Ask for a cap, or a right to cancel if the price jumps.

What to ask: Ask for a cap equal to 12 months of fees.
How to read the report
High means the wording can cost you real money or lock you in, so raise it before you sign. Medium is worth a question or a small change. Low is good to know but rarely worth holding up the deal.
Each finding quotes the exact sentence from your file, so you can find it in seconds and the other side cannot say it is not there.

When to bring in a lawyer
If a finding involves a personal guarantee, a large amount of money, or wording you are still unsure about after reading it, take the quoted findings to a lawyer. You will spend less of their time because the risky sentences are already found.
