It is a punch list, not a law firm.

Review every finding with a licensed lawyer in the relevant place before you sign, negotiate, or refuse a contract. “What to ask” lines are operational suggestions, not instructions that a clause is void.
Jurisdiction is a setting, not advice
You pick a country (and a US state where asked). We use that choice to explain quotes in the file. We do not check whether your selection matches the contract’s governing-law clause, except where the text itself supports a finding. Laws differ. Only a local lawyer can tell you what those laws mean for you.
AI limitations
The model can miss a clause, attach the wrong quote, truncate a long file, or fail on scans and images. We drop findings whose quote we cannot find in the extracted text; that reduces invention, not error. Native-text PDFs can be annotated; many scans cannot. We do not guarantee completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular deal.

Limitation of liability

You agree to indemnify GenX Labs FZ LLC against claims arising from your use of the platform or your uploaded files.
Changes
We may update this Disclaimer. The date above will change. Continued use is acceptance of the revised text.
Governing law
This Disclaimer is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
