Privacy Policy
What this Service is: AxiomRisk is a contract check for small businesses. You upload a lease, vendor MSA, or SOW. We extract quote-backed risks under the jurisdiction you select. We do not sell your data. We do not use your uploaded contracts to train AI models.
1. Who We Are
GenX Labs FZ LLC (“AxiomRisk”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates AxiomRisk at https://www.axiomrisk.ai. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data when you visit the site or use the Service.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to:
- Visitors to axiomrisk.ai
- People who create an account
- Customers who upload PDF or Word contracts
- People who email us or pay via Stripe
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Account information
- Name and email address
- Login credentials, or Google account details if you sign in with Google
- Optional profile details (for example organization or industry)
- Subscription plan and billing status (Free, Pro, or Volume)
3.2 Customer content
You may upload PDF or DOCX files (leases, vendor agreements, SOWs) and related details such as party name and jurisdiction. Those files, extracted text, findings, quotes, reports, annotated files, and Attorney Review memos are processed only to provide the Service.
3.3 Usage data
- IP address and approximate location
- Device and browser type
- Pages viewed and feature use
- Monthly token use and review-slot use
- A device fingerprint at signup, used only to limit abuse (repeat free accounts after hitting caps)
3.4 Payment information
Paid plans are billed by Stripe. Stripe collects card details on Stripe’s pages. We store Stripe customer and subscription IDs, plan name, and invoice history. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
4. How We Use Information
- Operate accounts and the dashboard
- Analyze uploaded contracts and generate findings, PDF briefs, annotated Word/PDF files, and Attorney Review memos
- Enforce monthly token and review limits
- Process subscriptions and invoices
- Support, security, and fraud prevention
- Measure site traffic (if you accept analytics cookies)
- Publish aggregated, anonymised statistics about the types of clauses we find (for example, the share of checked contracts with a long auto-renewal window). These figures combine at least 50 contracts from at least 10 customers, never quote a contract, and never identify you, your counterparty or your deal.

5. AI Processing
Contract text is sent to hosted AI providers so we can extract quote-backed findings for the jurisdiction you selected. We instruct those providers not to use your documents to train their models. AI output can be wrong or incomplete. It is not legal advice. Review it with a qualified lawyer before you rely on it.
6. Processors We Use
We share data with vendors only as needed to run the Service:
- Hosting and database — to store accounts, files, and findings
- Stripe — payments, subscriptions, invoices, customer portal
- Hosted AI providers — contract analysis
- Google Firebase — optional Google sign-in
- Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager — site analytics if you accept cookies
- Email delivery — transactional mail (signup, billing, usage warnings)
We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data if required by law, to protect our rights, or to stop fraud or abuse.
7. Legal Basis (Where GDPR or Similar Laws Apply)
- Contract — providing the Service you signed up for
- Legitimate interests — security, abuse prevention, product reliability

- Consent — non-essential analytics cookies, where required
8. Retention
We keep account data while your account is active and as needed for billing, security, and legal duties. Uploaded contract files are kept on our servers for up to 7 days so you can download annotated exports and PDF briefs; after that, the file is removed from disk while your risk findings remain in your dashboard until you delete the review. Deleting a review removes that file, its findings from your dashboard, and any remaining copies on disk; it does not reset that month’s review allowance. You can request account deletion at [email protected] or through account settings where available.
9. Security
We use HTTPS/TLS, access controls, and hosting safeguards. No system is perfectly secure. Do not upload a file you are not allowed to share.
10. International Transfers
We and our processors may handle data outside your country, including the UAE, the United States, and the EU, depending on the vendor. We use appropriate contractual and technical safeguards.
11. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Email [email protected]. See also our Cookie Policy.
12. Children
The Service is for people 18 or older. It is not directed at children.
13. Changes
We may update this Policy. The “Last updated” date will change. Keep using the Service after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
