Terms of Service
Not legal advice. AxiomRisk is an AI contract check for small businesses. It does not create a lawyer–client relationship. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Review every finding with a qualified lawyer in the relevant place before you sign or negotiate. See also our Disclaimer.
1. Agreement
These Terms govern use of AxiomRisk, operated by GenX Labs FZ LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy, and the Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
You upload a PDF or Word file (typically a commercial lease, vendor MSA, or freelance SOW). You choose a party and a jurisdiction. We return findings only where we can copy an exact quote from your file, plus a short explanation and what to ask the other side.
All plans can download a PDF risk brief. Paid plans can also download annotated comments on the original Word or PDF (native-text PDFs only; scans cannot be annotated) and an Attorney Review memo. Those files are AI-generated. They are not a lawyer’s markup or opinion.
We may change or discontinue features. Analysis may be truncated on very long files. Scanned PDFs may yield little or no text.
3. Accounts
You must be 18 or older and able to contract. Keep your login secret. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may sign up with email or Google.
4. Plans, limits, and billing
Current published plans (USD, billed by Stripe):
- Free — $0. About 3 contract reviews per month and a monthly token allowance.
- Pro — $39/month or $390/year. About 10 reviews per month, a higher token allowance, annotated files, and the Attorney Review memo.
- Volume — $99/month or $990/year. High-volume allowance, annotated files, and the Attorney Review memo.
Posted prices and allowances may change. Token use depends on document size. Unused tokens and unused review slots do not roll over. Creating a review uses a slot for that calendar month; deleting a review does not free the slot. You must not try to bypass limits (including by deleting and re-uploading, or by opening extra accounts after hitting a cap).
Paid plans start when Stripe checkout succeeds. You can cancel in the billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals. Unless the law requires otherwise, amounts already charged are not refunded. Taxes may apply. Need more than Volume? Email [email protected].
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
- Upload malware or attack the Service
- Circumvent usage limits, authentication, or security
- Upload files you have no right to share
- Reverse engineer the Service except as the law allows
- Resell Output as a competing product
6. Your files
You keep ownership of files you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, parse, send text to our AI providers, generate Output, and store results so we can provide the Service, fix bugs, and prevent abuse. You confirm you have the right to upload those files.
7. Output and your responsibility
Output can miss clauses, misread a quote, or misstate the law. Quote matching reduces invention; it does not make the tool a lawyer. Jurisdiction notes explain the quote you selected; they are not advice that a clause is void or that you should refuse to sign. You must review Output before you rely on it.
8. Privacy and processors
How we handle personal data is in the Privacy Policy. Analysis uses hosted AI providers. Payments use Stripe. Optional Google sign-in uses Firebase. We do not use your contracts to train public AI models.
9. Intellectual property
The Service (software, design, prompts, and branding) belongs to us. You may use Output for your own business. You may not copy the Service or use Output to build a competing contract-check product.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms, create security risk, or fail to pay. You may stop using the Service at any time. Paid access follows Stripe until you cancel.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR USD $100 IF YOU PAID NOTHING.
13. Indemnity
You will indemnify GenX Labs FZ LLC against claims arising from your files, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or the law.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will change the “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update is acceptance.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
